Private Offices
Our private offices are modernly equipped and spacious enough to host your work team, whether they are big or small.
- Standard Offices: starting at 40 000 FCFA / day or 275 000 FCFA / month
- Offices with private bathroom: starting at 50 000 FCFA / day or 350 000 FCFA / month
Includes access to the meeting room (capacity of 10) for 2 hours a week, and a half-day in the conference room per month (capacity of 40).
NB: the hours are not cumulative, do not carry over, and are subject to availability.
Meeting spaces
Our thoughtfully designed meeting spaces are the ideal choice for all your professional gatherings including seminars, team building, trainings, conferences, or plain meetings.

- Conference room: capacity of 40, whiteboard, 75” TV, USB-C/USB-A outlets, embedded ceiling sound system. 20 000 FCFA / hour 60 000 FCFA / 4 hours 100 000 FCFA / day.
Domiciliation services
These services are meant to help you delegate administrative tasks and easily comply with required local company obligations (DFE, RCCM, CNPS, etc.). Starting at 25 000 FCFA / month when paying a year upfront, or 30 000 FCFA / month when paying 6 months upfront.
